LEGAL NOTICE
house rules

By booking at Le Havre de l'Anse, you agree to follow the following rules.

  • The tenant must understand that despite the good condition and regular maintenance of the spa, defects are still possible. He accepts that in the event of a problem requiring repair that the spa cannot be used during his stay.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the property.

  • Animals are not allowed.

  • The Tenant must notify the Landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

  • The Tenant is responsible for material damage occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except for damage resulting from construction defect, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the Lessor's home insurance policy.

  • The Tenant undertakes to keep the Landlord clear and free from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which he is responsible.

  • The Tenant is held responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises.

  • The Tenant undertakes to respect the rented premises and to return them to the same condition as on arrival.

  • The furniture and objects available to the Tenant must be treated with care and used only for the use for which they are intended.

  • The Tenant undertakes to use only the rented premises and to respect the spaces of neighbors and residents of the area.

  • The Tenant is responsible for any damaged furniture or object, for any damage caused to the rented premises, including the land and outdoor equipment.

  • The number of authorized persons, 8 (or 9 with a baby), cannot be exceeded at any time.

  • The Tenant may not assign his rights under the rental contract or sublet the building.

  • It is forbidden to use fireworks on the property.

 

LEGAL NOTE

  • The Landlord ensures that the rented establishment holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation of the tourism industry of Quebec in accordance with the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and still in force.

  • The Landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the Tenant, which may occur to the Tenant or his guests during the stay.

  • By accepting this reservation, the Tenant and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the establishment.

  • The Landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the Tenant's property or its guests during the stay.
